Document Preparation
My SoCal Divorce Mediation Provides Legal Document Assistance
Legal document preparation is provided exclusively to My SoCal Divorce Mediation Clients and includes Filing All Required Divorce Forms for a dissolution of marriage (divorce). The court offers a great resource: the FL-700-INFO Information Sheet for Joint Petition for Dissolution or Legal Separation (Family Law) (Find It Here)
When filling out court forms (legal document assistance), Mr. Stemme follows rules set by California statute and the client’s direction regarding which forms to complete and file with the court. The client can use this court-provided information sheet to select the forms, and Mr. Stemme will then fill out all the forms for you from start to finish (Find the Forms Here).
My SoCal divorce mediation offers an alternative to traditional divorce proceedings through legal document assistance and mediation, eliminating the costly legal fees associated with each party hiring their own attorney and pursuing litigation. During this process, Mr. Stemme serves as a divorce mediator, helping clients take charge and customize their own fair and equitable divorce agreement, and as a legal document assistant, with Mr. Stemme filling out all the required court forms for divorce from start to finish as directed by the client.
As a divorce mediator, Mr. Stemme provides clients with valuable resources that help them understand the various factors the court considers when dividing marital property, determining child support, and determining spousal support. These resources empower clients to make their own decisions and reach a fair, equitable divorce agreement without going to court.
Mr. Stemme is a registered and bonded legal document assistant (LDA) (County of San Bernardino, #0380) as well as a certified civil mediator and certified divorce mediator serving San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and Los Angeles County. Mr. Stemme also holds a master’s degree in legal studies.
Mr. Stemme is not an attorney and does not offer advice or interpretations as to the content of published materials provided to clients. For legal advice, clients are always directed to seek a licensed attorney.
If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with Mr. Stemme using the Contact Page. Or, if you and your ex-spouse are ready to schedule your consultation.
